Renovators
and restorers of VW type 25 campers and LT campers
All
of our stock vehicles have been stripped of their engines, and
each has been carefully rebuilt, then new clutches put on, and
at last but not least, the gearboxes have been rebuilt to suit
the present engine.
On
top of this, All the lower body and chassis has been
inspected, re-welded, and undercoated to give it the best
protection that a vehicle can get.
The
steering is inspected and made sure that there are total
non-steering problems.
Also
the brakes have been checked for keenness, and other
imperfections, and should any part be defective, we will have
remade it.
I
say this not only to re-assure you, but because I use the most
damning MOT inspectors in the whole of Doncaster.
I
believe in peace of mind, not only for myself, but also for my
customers and their ‘precious cargo’, their children, pets
and relatives.
The
next thing we do is remove the inner upholstery, remove all
the inner carpets and other ancillaries until the vehicle is a
hollow shell, next we remove the windows all around and
prepare the new body for a re-spray.
Our
basic colours are Ivory top and Orange lower, Volkswagen
colours , the front, side and door closers being in black, as
so our bumpers and corner bumpers.
